- Is my pet's data private?
- Yes. Your photos, videos, and health records are private to your account. KinPet does not use your media to train AI models.
- What's the difference between kinpet.ai and app.kinpet.ai?
- kinpet.ai is our public website with product info and blog. app.kinpet.ai is where you sign in and manage your pets.
- Can I use KinPet for multiple pets?
- Free includes one pet. KinPet Pro supports unlimited pets on both monthly and annual billing.
- What are Kin Credits?
- Kin Credits (KC) power AI features like Ask Kin, PawScan, vet reports, and captions. Free includes 20 KC per month; Pro includes 300 KC per month. You can also buy credit packs that never expire.
- Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
- No. Create an account and start using PawStories and the health journal at no cost.
- Which languages does KinPet support?
- The app supports English, Portuguese (PT and BR), Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch. This marketing site is in English for now.
